Code Sec. 1-10-386. - Vehicle permit required; exemptions.

Exemptions
(b) Exemptions. (1) Vehicles owned or operated by the county; or (2) Vehicles operated by another governmental agency; or (3) Vehicles owned by an organization or company for the sloe purpose of transporting organization members or company employees; or (4) Vehicles with capacity to seat more than fourteen (14) passengers.
Prerequisites
