Roles and Responsibilities
The task of the Committee is to make recommendations to the Board of 县委员会ers on county policies affecting the cost of housing. 夏洛特家 Review Committee
Applications for incentives are reviewed by a panel of representatives from: 社区 Development; 人类服务/Housing; and 公用事业公司. Incentives are determined on a tiered basis contingent upon the score acheived on the Affordable Housing Prioritization Matrix. Tier II, 3 and IV applications require AHAC and BOCC approval. The Review Committee schedules public meetings to review and score applications for Tier II, 3, and IV incentives and subsidies for approval by the AHAC and BOCC, 根据需要.
